Le Spruce Knob est le sommet de la montagne Spruce dans le comté de comté de Pendleton en Virginie-Occidentale, aux États-Unis.

Avec 1 482 mètres d'altitude, c'est le point culminant de l'État.

Il fait partie de la Spruce Knob-Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area qui est elle-même une partie de la forêt nationale de Monongahela.
