Rose O'Neill (Wilkes-Barre, 1874 – 1944) est une femme de lettres et dessinatrice américaine.

Elle est surtout connue pour avoir créé une bande dessinée publiée dans le Ladies' Home Journal en 1909, Kewpie, si populaire que des poupées à son effigie étaient commercialisées au début du XXe siècle.
