Le Programme ATHENS est un séminaire d'échange, s'étalant sur une semaine deux fois par an (mars et novembre). Il concerne les étudiants d'un réseau européen d'universités et de Grandes Ecoles. Le programme est coordonné par ParisTech.
Crée en 1996, il était financé à l'origine par l'Union Européenne via le programme SOCRATES. A partir de 2001, il est auto-financé. Une « Semaine européenne » l'a précédé à ParisTech de 1992 à 1999, et, encore auparavant, existait un réseau de Louvain Leuven Network de 1990 à 1997, soutenu par le programme Erasmus de l'Union Européenne.
