Port Kaituma est une petite ville de la région Barima-Waini de Guyana. Elle est particulièrement réputée pour avoir été la ville la plus proche de Jonestown, la communauté de Jim Jones dans les années 1970 et lieu du massacre de 908 personnes en 1978.
