La Pillsbury Company était une société agroalimentaire américaine dont le siège social était situé à Minneapolis, Minnesota. Avant son acquisition par General Mills en 2001, c'était l'une des plus importantes sociétés de son industrie. À cause des lois antitrust américains, Genera Mills a cédé les produits de cuisine secs et congelés, mais a conservé les aliments réfrigérés et congelés de la marque Pillsbury.
