Distribution
Cette espèce est endémique du nord de l'État Karen en Birmanie. Elle n'est connue que dans sa localité type, Thao.
Description
Theloderma phrynoderma mesure environ 45 mm. Son dos est gris olivâtre sombre. Son ventre est brun noirâtre avec des taches blanchâtres.
