Michael Thomas Pinder (né le 27 décembre 1941 à Erdington, dans la banlieue de Birmingham) est un musicien britannique.
Il est surtout connu comme membre des Moody Blues, dont le son doit beaucoup à ses parties de Mellotron. Il quitte le groupe en 1979, après neuf albums.
