Le Manila Metro Rail Transit System, ou MRT, est le troisième réseau de transport en commun ferroviaire de l'agglomération de Metro Manila (grand Manille), aux Philippines. Il comporte une seule ligne, la « ligne bleue », par opposition aux deux lignes « jaune » et « violette » du métro léger de Manille (LRT).
Ouverte en 1999, la ligne bleue est longue de 16,95 km et compte 13 stations. Elle est opérée sous le nom de Metrostar express. Comme le LRT, elle est fermée chaque année quelques jours pour maintenance au moment de la semaine sainte.
Depuis 2003, le MRT fait partie du Strong Republic Transit System.
