Lower Lea Valley est la région entourant la rivière Lea (ou Lee), qui longe la limite de Tower Hamlets,du Waltham Forest et du Newham dans la Tamise. Une grande partie de la zone est incluse dans le plan à la candidature de Londres pour les Jeux olympiques d'été de 2012, qui offrira un espace d'installations au futur village olympique.
