Cet album a été enregistré en public lors du festival de Reading le 29 août 1976 dans le cadre du célèbre radio show américain, le King Biscuit Flower Hour(la pochette de l'album mentionne la date du 21 novembre 1976, c' est une erreur, le festival de Reading 1976 se déroula du 27 au 29 d'août 1976)[1].

C'est un des derniers concert de Black Oak Arkansas avec les membres originaux, le guitariste et membre fondateur avec, Jim Dandy Mangrum, Rickie Lee Reynolds ne participa d'ailleurs plus à cet enregistrement.
L' album ne sortira qu' en 1998 après la création du label King Biscuit Flower Hour Records.
