Koro Toro est un site archéologique du sud du Tchad connu pour être le lieu de découverte d'un fossile d'Australopithecus bahrelghazali en juin 1995[1].
Il serait aussi le lieu d'un bagne ouvert en 2003 où seraient retenus dans des conditions extrêmes environ 700 prisonniers[2].
