Khertek Anchimaa-Toka, née le 1er janvier 1912 et morte le 4 novembre 2008 est une femme politique soviétique qui a exercé les fonctions de présidente du Præsidium de Tannou-Touva (un État d’Asie alors indépendant) entre 1940 et 1944. Elle est ainsi la première femme chef d’État de l’ère moderne (hors monarques).
