Kalapana est une ancienne ville et région dans le district de Puna, à Hawaï.
Histoire
Cette ville est détruite par une coulée de lave du Kīlauea en 1990. Plusieurs personnes y vivent encore malgré sa destruction[1]. En 1990, une énorme éruption volcanique se produisit. La lave ravagea la ville qui fut rayée de la carte.
