Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF) est un framework d'architecture d'entreprise qui couvre l'architecture d'entreprise, de l'information, des systèmes d'information et l'infrastructure technologique[1].
Ce framework est développé par Capgemini depuis les années 1990, à partir de l'expérience d'architectes travaillant sur des projets de clients de tout le groupe. La première version est sortie en 1996 et était basée sur le Cadre Zachman et les idées de Steven Spewak sur la planification de l'architecture d'entreprise[2].
Integrated Architecture Framework est :
- Un cadre complet pour livrer des solutions de premier plan,
- Adaptable aux besoins spécifiques des organisations,
- Extensible des projets individuels jusqu'aux solutions de transformation d'entreprise,
- Une méthode d'architecture reconnue par "The Open Group IT Architecture Certification program" (ITAC)[3].)
Integrated Architecture Framework évolue en s'appuyant sur l'expérience acquise dans le monde réel.
