Human Rights in China (HRIC; en sinogrammes simplifiés : 中国人权 ; en sinogrammes traditionnels : 中國人權 ; en pinyin : Zhōngguó Rénquán) est une organisation non gouvernementale internationale chinoise basée à New York, ayant pour objectif de promouvoir les droits de l'Homme internationaux et la protection institutionnelle de ces droits en République populaire de Chine. HRIC est une association membre de la Fédération internationale des droits de l'homme[1].


Fondé par des étudiants et des universitaires chinois en mars 1989, HRIC met en application des programmes pour produire des changements institutionnels et systèmiques en Chine, tout en s'engageant dans les stratégies de plaidoyers critiques pour des personne individuelle en Chine.

Avec les bureaux dans Hong Kong et New York, HRIC est une source d'analyse et des informations sur la situation de droits de l'homme en Chine, mais aussi une ONG active de défense dans l'arène internationale. En 2005, HRIC a aussi été reconnu pour son usage créatif et efficace de technologie par The Tech Museum of Innovation comme un de 25 lauréats de son Prix la même année.

Le président de HRIC de 2002 à maintenant est Sharon Hom. L'ancien président de HRIC est Xiao Qiang.
