Giovanni Battista de Luca (né en 1614 à Venosa, en Basilicata, et mort le 5 février 1683 à Rome) est un cardinal italien du XVIIe siècle.

De Luca est auditeur de la maison Ludovisi, référendaire au tribunal suprême de la Signature apostolique et secrétaire des mémorials. Il est l'auteur de plusieurs œuvres importantes sur le droit, l'économie et les finances.

Le pape Innocent XI le crée cardinal lors du consistoire du 1er septembre 1681.
