Emerald est le 22ème album original d'Alan Stivell et son 18ème album studio de musique originale, sorti le 22 octobre 2009.
L'album célèbre les quarante ans de carrière d'Alan Stivell ("noces d'émeraude") commencée avec "Reflets" (1970), son premier album chanté professionnel sorti sous le nom "Alan Stivell". Le titre de l'album est en anglais (plutôt qu'en français ou en breton) car Stivell trouvait qu'il sonnait mieux dans cette langue[1].
