Cult of the Dead est le quatrième album de Legion of the Damned, sorti en 2008. Il est du genre thrash metal/death metal. En commun avec les précédents albums, les paroles font largement référence au côté sombre. Cette édition spéciale est livré avec une pièce unique étant un bloc de fromage, arborant leur logo. Il s'agit d'un clin d'œil aux origines néerlandaises de la bande. La version digipack de l'album comporte un couvercle de rechange et est livré avec un DVD. Le DVD a les mêmes chansons que le CD, mais étant ensuite joué dans leur lieu de répétition.
