Le Communist Party of the Philippines-Marxist Leninist (français : Parti communiste des Philippines-marxiste-léniniste, souvent nommé Parti communiste des Philippines, filipino : Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas, anglais : Communist Party of the Philippines) est un parti politique philippin communiste fondé le 26 décembre 1968 par José Maria Sison, exclu du Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas (Parti communiste philippin) en 1967. Illégal jusqu'en septembre 1992, le parti possède une branche armée, fondé le 29 mars 1969 : la New People's Army[1].
L'organisation est placée sur la liste officielle des organisations terroristes des États-Unis d'Amérique[2], du Canada[3] et de l'Union européenne[4].
