Citadel LLC (précédemment connu sous le nom de Citadel Investment Group, L.L.C.) est un fonds d'investissement alternatif basé à Chicago, Illinois. Fondé en 1990 par le trader Kenneth C. Griffin, le fonds propose des services d'investissement au travers de différentes stratégies et classes d'actifs.
Avec plus de 15 milliards de dollars d'actifs sous gestion, Citadel fait partie des plus importants hedge funds au monde, ses volumes de trading journaliers comptent pour environ 3% des des volumes échangés chaque jour à Londres, New York, Hong Kong et San Francisco.
