Birkhall

57° 01′ 43″ N 3° 04′ 26″ W / 57.0287, -3.0740 Birkhall est manoir de l'Aberdeenshire en Écosse, situé à 3 km au sud-est de la localité de Ballater, limite est de région connue sous le nom de Royal Deeside, appelé ainsi par le fait que le Château de Balmoral situé sur la rivière Dee, se trouve à une dizaine de kilomètre de cette propriété.

Construit par le clan Gordon est en 1715, Birkhall fut achetée durant la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle par le prince Albert de Saxe-Cobourg-Gotha, époux de la reine Victoria.
Cette propriété de 210 km² fut l'une des résidences secondaires de la mère d'Elisabeth II, « Sa Majesté la Reine Élisabeth, la Reine Mère », avant d'être celle de son fils ainé, Charles, prince de Galles qui y passa sa lune de miel avec sa seconde épouse Camilla en 2005.
