Le Banoffee pie (également écrit banoffi, ou banoffy) est une pâtisserie anglaise à base de banane, crème et caramel (en fait plus souvent du lait concentré sucré cuit), préparation déposée sur une base de crumble de biscuits secs. Des variantes utilisant du chocolat et/ou du café existent également.
Le nom de ce dessert est un mot-valise combinant "banana" (banane en anglais) et "toffee" (caramel).
