Altaf Hussain (né le 17 septembre 1953) est un homme politique pakistanais. Il a fondé et dirige depuis 1984 le Muttahida Qaumi Movement, parti politique dominant la ville de Karachi et qui se place souvent comme la troisième ou quatrième force politique du pays. Depuis une tentative d'assassinat en 1992, il est exilé à Londres et continue de diriger son parti depuis le Royaume-Uni.
