Abdul Sattar Edhi (ourdou : عبد الستار ایدھی, gujarati : અબ્દુલ સત્તાર ઇદી), né le 1er janvier 1928 à Bantwa, est un philanthrope pakistanais. Il est à la tête de la Fondation Edhi.

Avec son épouse Bilquis Edhi, il a reçu le prix Ramon Magsaysay 1986 (Service public) et est décoré du Nishan-e-Imtiaz. Il est également le lauréat du prix Lénine pour la paix et le prix Balzan.
