L'AOSIS (acronyme pour Alliance of Small Island States, en français Alliance des petits États insulaires) est une organisation intergouvernementale de pays états côtiers ou insulaires. Fondée en 1990, cette alliance a pour but de mieux faire entendre la voix des petits états insulaires en développement face au changement climatique. l'AOSIS est très active depuis sa création, elle est notamment à l'origine du premier jet lors des négociations du protocole de Kyoto dès 1994.
L'AOSIS compte 43 membres et observateurs du monde entier, dont 37 sont membres des Nations unies. L'alliance représente 28 % des pays en développement et 20 % de tous les pays membres de l'ONU mais moins de 1 % de la population mondiale.
