Le 2020 University, ou Tour Axa, est un gratte-ciel de Montréal. Il a été bâti en 1973, mesure 104 mètres de hauteur et compte 26 étages.
Sa hauteur est identique au gratte-ciel Place Sherbrooke, qui compte le même nombre d'étages, et l'Hôtel Omni Montréal, qui lui compte 32 étages[1]. Il est le 35e ex-æquo bâtiment le plus haut de la ville, devant l'Édifice La Laurentienne (102 mètres), et après les 500 René-Lévesque et la Maison de Radio-Canada (105 mètres).
Le bâtiment abrite le siège canadien de l'assureur français AXA. Il se situe à proximité de la station McGill.
