Zighout Youcef est une petite ville d'Algérie, située dans le Wilaya de Constantine. Elle portait autrefois le nom de Condé-Smendou à l'époque de colonisation Française. Zighout Youcef tient son nom actuel du martyr Youcef Zighoud.
