Ievgueni Ivanovitch Tolstikov (en russe : Евгений Иванович Толстиков; 1913 – 1987) était un explorateur soviétique, décoré comme Héros de l'Union soviétique. Il mena la troisième expedition polaire soviétique en antarctique.
