Yearling est un anglicisme désignant un cheval pur-sang anglais, ou plus précisément un poulain qui est dans son année de 1 an (né l'année précédente).
Par extension, yearling peut désigner les poulains de n'importe quelle race, nés l'année précédente.
Les ventes de yearlings de Deauville (Normandie, France) sont célèbres.
