Vasili Evgrafovich Samarsky–Bykhovets (russe : Василий Евграфович Самарский–Быховец) (7 novembre 1803 - 31 mai 1870) est un ingénieur Russe qui a fourni en 1847 l'échantillon, provenant d'une mine de l'Oural, dans lequel Gustav Rose a découvert la samarskite.
