Valentino Fashion Group est une société du groupe Marzotto SpA créée en 2005 après le rachat de la grande maison de haute couture Valentino, pour regrouper l'ensemble des activités d'habillement du groupe Marzotto et les différencier de l'activité de filature.
Le siège social du groupe se trouve à Milan, mais toute la direction administrative est à Valdagno, dans la province de Vicence, fief de la famille Marzotto.

Depuis sa création en 2005, et bien que faisant partie du groupe Marzotto, la société est cotée à la Bourse de Milan.
En 2007, suite à la décision de styliste Valentino de se retirer du monde de la haute couture et de la création de mode, le groupe a réorganisé son équipe de conception de produits et a confirmé Maria Grazia Chiuri et Pier Paolo Piccioli comme directeurs de la création des lignes d'accessoires et a confié à Alessandra Facchinetti le rôle de responsable de la création des collections de haute couture pour femme.
