Haut de gamme
Les marchandises de haut de gamme sont des produits, services ou biens immobiliers qui ciblent les consommateurs aux revenus élevés ; ils sont en partie supérieure de la gamme de produits et évoquent le luxe. On peut citer parmi eux les marques Mercedes-Benz, Hammacher-Schlemmer, et Chanel.
Les quartiers immobiliers de haute gamme incluent Hampstead, Greenwich, Hillsborough, Buckhead, le Upper East Side de Manhattan et Rosedale à Toronto. Il existe un domaine entier de littérature sur le sujet des biens de marques hauts de gamme[1].
