TransCanada est une entreprise canadienne qui fait partie de l'indice S&P/TSX 60.

Histoire

En septembre 2009, TransCanada a obtenu un contrat pour la construction d'une centrale électrique d'une puissance de 900 MW en Ontario, Canada. Le montant prévu du projet s'élève à 1,2 milliards CAD. La livraison de la centrale, à « cycle combiné au gaz naturel », est prévue pour 2013[1].
