Tikhvine (en russe : Тихвин; en finnois : Tihvinä) est une ville de l'oblast de Leningrad, en Russie, et le centre administratif du raïon Tikhvinski. Elle est située à 182 km à l'est de Saint-Pétersbourg. Sa population s'élève à 60 754 habitants en 2008.
