D-Block, anciennement The LOX, est un groupe de rap américain créé au milieu des années 1990 et composé de Jadakiss, Styles P. et Sheek Louch. Après s'être fait connaître sous le nom de The L.O.X., le trio s'est lui-même renommé D-Block en 2001. Le collectif est affilié au label Ruff Ryders.

En 1998 le groupe signe un contrat avec Bad Boy Records, le label de Puff Daddy et y sort son 1er album, Money, Power & Respect. L'album recueille un bon succès commercial et est certifié disque de platine par la RIAA.

En 2000, ils sortent leur 2e album intitulé We Are the Streets. Le succès est encore au rendez-vous grâce notamment au single "Ryde or Die, Bitch" produit par Timbaland.

En 2008, le groupe signe sur la major Interscope.[1]
