Butthole Surfers est un groupe de noise rock américain formé en 1982 à San Antonio. Caractérisés par leur musique déstructurée et complètement délurée, les Butthole Surfers sont, avec Sonic Youth et Big Black, un des groupes les plus représentatifs du mouvement underground américain[réf. nécessaire].
