Improvvisamente l'inverno scorso est un film documentaire italien réalisé en 2007 par Gustav Hofer et Luca Ragazzi.
Il raconte la vie d'un couple gay, vivant ensemble depuis 8 ans, quand le gouvernement de centre-gauche décide, en 2007, de présenter un projet de loi (DiCo), sorte de pacs à l'italienne, et de la montée successive de l'homophobie et de l'hostilité à ce projet — qui n'aboutira pas.
Il a reçu une mention spéciale du jury de Panorama lors de la 58e Berlinale.
Son titre en anglais est Suddenly, Last Winter (sur le modèle du titre du film Soudain l'été dernier).
