St John's College est un des 31 collèges de l'université de Cambridge au Royaume-Uni.

Il a été fondé en 1511 par Margaret Beaufort, mère d'Henri VII d'Angleterre. Avec 135 enseignants associés (fellows), 530 étudiants et 300 doctorants, il est le deuxième plus important collège de Cambridge. Il est jumelé avec le Balliol College d'Oxford.
