SpaceX (ou Space Exploration Technologies Corporation) est une jeune entreprise américaine de l'aérospatiale. Elle est l'un des deux prestataires privés à qui la NASA a confié un contrat de transport vers la station spatiale internationale (ISS)[1].
Elle a été fondée en 2002 par Elon Musk, le fondateur de l'entreprise PayPal. Elle conçoit, construit et commercialise des engins spatiaux, dont les lanceurs Falcon 1 et le Falcon 9 et le cargo spatial SpaceX Dragon.
