Shanna Lynn Moakler est une actrice américaine née le 28 mars 1975 à Providence. Elle fut Miss USA en 1995. Son rôle le plus connu est celui de l'officier Monica Harper entre 1998 et 2000 dans la série policière Pacific Blue. Elle posa pour Playboy en décembre 2001.

Depuis le 30 octobre 2004, elle est la femme de Travis Barker du groupe Blink 182. Le couple a participé au tournage de l'émission de téléréalité Meet the Barkers sur MTV. Shanna a trois enfants : Atiana de la Hoya (née le 29 mars 1999 de son mariage avec Oscar de la Hoya), Landon Barker (né le 9 octobre 2003) et Alabama Luella Barker (née le 24 décembre 2005).

Elle a participé à l‘émission américaine, Dancing with the Stars et Bridalplasty.
