Shadow-boxing, littéralement « boxe de l’ombre ». Expression d’entraînement qui signifie « boxer dans le vide » en imaginant un adversaire. Il peut s’effectuer devant un miroir.
Cet exercice permet de travailler individuellement des éléments techniques (enchaînements, routines, schémas tactiques, etc.) et également de s’autocorriger à l’aide d’un miroir.
