Sebastián Keitel Bianchi (né le 14 février 1973 à Santiago du Chili) est un ancien athlète chilien, spécialiste du sprint (surtout 200 m).
Il remporte une médaille de bronze aux Championnats du monde en salle 1995 et détient les records du Chili sur 100 m (10 s 10) et sur 200 m (20 s 15) depuis 1998.
