La sauce toum est une sauce préparée à partir de l'ail, une variance est l'aïoli.
Le nom Toum veut dire ail en arabe, il est un ingrédient principal dans beaucoup de recettes libanaises et moyen-orientales généralement.
La sauce de Toum ou simplement Toum est préparée en écrasant de l'ail, en ajoutant un peu de sel, puis le tout est mélangé avec de l'huile d'olive et du jus de citron.
