Monte là-dessus ! (Safety Last!) est un film américain muet réalisé par Fred C. Newmeyer et Sam Taylor, sorti en 1923, et resté connu pour la scène où le héros interprété par Harold Lloyd est suspendu aux aiguilles de l'horloge de la façade d'un gratte-ciel.

Synopsis

Harold vient à Los Angeles pour faire fortune, mais survit de petits boulots et ment à sa fiancée sur sa situation réelle. Lorsque celle-ci vient le rejoindre en ville, un concours de circonstances l'oblige à escalader à mains nues l'immeuble où il travaille.
