Just Married (ou presque) (titre original : Runaway bride) est une comédie sentimentale américaine de Garry Marshall sortie en 1999, avec Julia Roberts, Richard Gere, Joan Cusack, Hector Elizondo, Rita Wilson et Paul Dooley.
Synopsis
Ike Graham (Richard Gere), journaliste new-yorkais en panne d'inspiration, "bâcle" un article acide, misogyne et truffé d'erreurs sur Maggie Carpenter (Julia Roberts). En effet, cette charmante jeune femme est devenue une légende vivante dans son village en abandonnant à la dernière minute ses fiancés successifs devant l'autel ! Maggie riposte par une lettre ulcérée qui provoque le renvoi immédiat d'Ike. Bien décidé à piéger Maggie, le journaliste complote alors pour la pousser à plaquer son dernier fiancé. De son côté, Maggie lui voue une haine sans borne, qui se manifeste encore plus violemment encore quand ils se rencontrent enfin.
