Randall A. Terry est une personnalité américaine du mouvement pro-vie.
Il est le fondateur de Operation Rescue, dont 75 000 militants furent interpellés ou condamnés à la prison de 1987 à 1994. Ruiné par des procès de groupes féministes et pro-avortement, ayant perdu son patrimoine, sa station de radio et sa première épouse, il dut en 1998 cesser les activités de Operation Rescue, mais suscita la relève, entre autres, de Priest for Life et Norma McCorvey. Randall Terry s’est converti au catholicisme en 2006. Il a déclaré en janvier 2011 qu'il se présenterait aux primaires démocrates pour devenir candidat aux élection présidentielle américaine de 2012
