Randall A. Terry est une personnalité américaine du mouvement pro-vie.
Il est le fondateur de Operation Rescue, dont 75000 militants seront interpellés ou condamnés à la prison de 1987 a 1994. Ruiné par des procès de groupes féministes et pro-avortement, perdant son patrimoine, sa station de radio et sa première épouse, il doit en 1998 cesser les activités d'Operation Rescue, mais suscite la relève de, entre autres, Priest for Life et Norma McCorvey. Il s'est converti au catholicisme en 2006.
