Quintus Junius Blaesus est un général romain, parent de Séjan.
Il commande les trois légions qui se révoltent dans la Pannonie au commencement du règne de Tibère et fait d'inutiles efforts pour arrêter le désordre. Nommé gouverneur d'Afrique, il bat Tacfarinas (22 ap. J.-C.), reçoit de ses soldats le titre d' Imperator, et obtient à Rome les honneurs du triomphe, honneurs qui, ensuite ne furent accordés à aucun en particulier. Enveloppé dans la disgrâce de Séjan, il se donne la mort en 31.
