Port Arthur est une ville du comté de Jefferson au Texas (Drapeau des États-Unis États-Unis). Sa population était de 57 755 habitants en 2000. Port Arthur se trouve sur la rive occidentale du Lac Sabine. Elle a été fondée par Arthur Edward Stilwell à la fin du XIXe siècle.
