Pinback est un groupe américain de rock indépendant, composé de Rob Crow et Armistead Burwell Smith IV (aussi connu sous le nom de Zach Smith), deux musiciens originaires de San Diego.
Leur son est reconnaissable aux entrelacs de guitares et de claviers qui tissent leurs morceaux ainsi qu'aux voix de ses deux membres, qui se croisent généralement le long d'une même chanson.
